AMAA Welcomes New Staff Member

The American Maine-Anjou Association (AMAA) welcomed a new staff member in January 2007. Jeana Sankey, Council Grove, Kan., joined the AMAA staff as the director of youth acitivities and special events. Jeana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table for the AMAA and will be a great asset to the association and its membership and junior members. Jeana graduated from Oklahoma State University (OSU) in December 2006 with a major in Ag Communications. While attending OSU, Jeana was active in Block and Bridle, Ag Communicators of Tomorrow (ACT) and the 2005 OSU National Champion Livestock Judging Team. She grew up on a farm in Council Grove, Kan., where her family has raised Angus and Brangus cattle for over 25 years. Her family is active in showing and judging cattle across the nation. Welcome Jeana, to the AMAA! We are happy to have you on board!
